TERMS OF BOOKING

1. CONTRACT AGREEMENT
By booking with 365 Golf EVENTS, registered as a sole establishment company in Dubai, UAE (company number: 1414798), you enter a legally binding contract with 365 Golf EVENTS at its registered address: Wadi Al Safa 7, Rukan Residences, Dubai, UAE. Your participation is subject to the terms outlined here, which arefinal upon booking confirmation.
2. INFORMATION ACCURACY
While 365 Golf EVENTS strives to ensure the accuracy of all event-related details (including prices), we cannot be held liable for minor discrepancies. All information is subject to confirmation upon booking, and 365 Golf EVENTS reserves the right to make adjustments as necessary.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT POLICY
3.1 Price Adjustments
Prices may change based on transportation costs, taxes, or exchange rates until final payment is confirmed. Once payment is finalized, no price reductions apply.
3.2 Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable 50% deposit per participant is due at booking to secure participation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 12 weeks before the event date. Failure to pay by this deadline may result in forfeiture of your booking and deposit.
3.3 Final Payment
Payment is accepted via bank transfer or major credit card (subject to a 4.00% transaction fee). Additional services not included in the original package price, such as hotel amenities, must be paid directly by the participant.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 Participant Cancellation
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 12 weeks of the event start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
4.2 Cancellation by 365 Golf EVENTS
If 365 Golf EVENTS is required to cancel an event due to insufficient participant numbers or any other reason within its control, all amounts paid by the participant, including the deposit, will be refunded in full. Such a refund shall constitute the participant's sole remedy, and 365 Golf EVENTS shall not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the participant, including but not limited to flights, visas, insurance, or other travel-related arrangements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. AMENDMENTS BY 365 GOLF EVENTS
365 Golf EVENTS reserves the right to make necessary amendments, including venue changes or adjustments to event schedules, as needed. Notice will be provided as early as possible, though 365 Golf EVENTS is not liable for compensations in cases of force majeure or factors beyond its control.
6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
365 Golf EVENTS shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, or other claims arising from third-party actions, unforeseeable events, or factors outside reasonable control. Liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided by 365 Golf EVENTS.
7. INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
All participants must secure comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation fees, and other travel-related risks. 365 Golf EVENTS assumes no liability for losses arising from a participant's failure to secure adequate insurance.
8. SPECIAL REQUESTS
365 Golf EVENTS will accommodate special requests when possible, but these are not guaranteed and do not form a part of this contract.
9. PASSPORTS, VISAS, AND HEALTH
It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure compliance with all visa, passport, and health regulations for the event destination. 365 Golf EVENTS assumes no liability for entry refusal or additional costs incurred by participants failing to meet these requirements.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
In cases of events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or other disruptions, 365 Golf EVENTS reserves the right to alter, cancel, or adjust event plans without liability for refunds or compensation.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This contract is governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE, and any legal proceedings will take place in Dubai
